    RAIDERS TOP CARDINAL MOONEY FOR SECOND TIME

    BOTH VARSITY AND JV TEAMS DEFEATED CARDINAL MOONEY IN STRAIGHT SETS, 3-0 AND 2-0.  REAGAN IRONS LET THE RAIDER ATTACK WITH 20 DIGS AND SARAH KUHNS SCORED 15 ASSISTS.  MADI DADO SERVED FOUR ACES AND IZZY LAMPARTY HAD EIGHT BLOCKS.  

    CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM AND COACHES!  GOOD LUCK TONIGHT!

    TWO FEMALE KICKERS CAME TOGETHER PRIOR TO THE SOUTH RANGE/STRUTHERS FOOTBALL GAME RECENTLY.  HARLEY NOVAK IS A SENIOR AT SOUTH RANGE AND ALSO PLAYS ON THE VARSITY SOCCER TEAM.  CANDENCE CARBON IS A JUNIOR AT STRUTHERS AND ALSO PLAYS ON THE STRUTHERS SOCCER TEAM.  CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH YOUNG LADIES AND GOOD LUCK IN ALL YOU DO!

    NEW PASSING RECORD BY PATRONE

    MICHAEL PATRONE RECENTLY SET THE SOUTH RANGE FOOTBALL SINGLE GAME PASSING RECORD WITH FIVE TOUCHDOWN PASSES IN A SINGLE GAME.  THIS PASSING RECORD WAS SET AGAINST JEFFERSON AREA.  CONGRATULATIONS TO MICHAEL AND CONTINUED GOOD LUCK!

  • BOYS CHAMPS OF NE8
    South Range High School :: Coed Cross Country

    BOYS CC; NORTHEAST EIGHT CHAMPS;   GIRLS FINISH THIRD

    THE RAIDER BOYS CROSS COUNTRY TEAM HAS WON THE NORTHEAST EIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!  

    LEADING THE RAIDERS WAS MICHAEL HVIZDOS, WHO  FINISHED SECOND  AND  SPENCER BUSH  RIGHT BEHIND HIM FINISHING THIRD.  

    FOR THE GIRLS TEAM WHICH PLACED THIRD, ABIGAIL BAUN FINISHED FIFTH WHILE EMILY RAZO CAME IN NINTH.  

    BOTH TEAMS TRAVEL TO AUSTINTOWN TUESDAY FOR MAHONING COUNTY MEET.

    South Range High School :: Girls Volleyball

    TOUGH LOSS TO LIVERPOOL

    THE LADY RAIDERS PUSHED A VERY TALENTED EAST LIVERPOOL TEAM ALL THREE SETS BUT DROPPED THE MATCH 0-3.  THE SCORES WERE:  23-25; 20-25; 22-25.  REAGAN IRONS LED THE WAY WITH  DIGS.  IZZY LAMPARTY  ADDED 7 SEVEN KILLS WITH SARAH KUHNS HAVING SEVEN ASSISTS.

    RAIDERS DROP ANOTHER CLOSE CONTEST

    JEFFERSON CAME TO SOUTH RANGE AND DEFEATED THE RAIDERS 1-3 FOR AN NE8 CONFERENCE WIN.  REAGAN IRONS, JAMIE FEREN AND BRI HINNER ALL HAD TWO ACES EACH.  FEREN ALSO HAD 13 ASSISTS.  MADDIE  DADO HAD 25 DIGS WITH HANNAH HEIIKKIEN 7 KILLS.  JULIA  BLASKO AND IZZY LAMPARTY EACH HAD THREE BLOCKS.  

    THE RAIDERS HOST MOONEY MONDAY NIGHT AT THE HIGH SCHOOL.  CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM AND COACHES!

    BOTH VARSITY AND JV TEAMS DEFEATED NILES 3-0 AND 2-0 SATURDAY AT SOUTH RANGE.  IZZY LAMPARTY LED THE RAIDERS WITH  NINE KILLS AND FIVE BLOCKS.  REAGAN IRONS HAD 10 DIGS AND BRI HINER PASSED OUT 13 ASSISTS.  MADIE MOOK AND MADDIE DADO EACH SERVED FOUR ACES.  THE RAIDERS WILL HOST ST. THOMAS AQUINAS MONDAY.

    LAMPARTY, IRONS, AND HINER LEAD RAIDERS

    SENIOR IZZY LAMPARTY, 15 KILLS AND FOUR BLOCKS, REAGAN IRONS, 15 DIGS, AND BRI HINER, 19 ASSISTS LED THE RAIDERS TO AND IMPRESSIVE WIN OVER VISITING ST. THOMAS AQUINAS.  BOTH VARSITY AND JV TEAMS WON IN 3-0 AND 2-0 SETS.  THE WINS MOVE BOTH TEAMS TO 7-7 RECORDS.  THE RAIDERS TRAVEL TO STRUTHERS  TO TAKE ON THE WILDCATS NEXT.  GOOD LUCK TO TEAM AND COACHES!

    South Range High School :: Boys Football

    THE SOUTH RANGE FOOTBALL TEAM WAS RANKED THIRD IN THE LATEST STATE FOOTBALL POLL  RELEASED SEPTEMBER 21, 2020.  THE RAIDERS ARE A PERFECT 4-0 ON THE SEASON AND HOST STRUTHERS THIS FRIDAY.

    South Range High School :: Girls Volleyball

    FOUR IN A ROW FOR VARSITY VOLLEYBALL

    IZZY LAMPARTY REGISTERED KILLS AND THREE BLOCKS TO LEAD THE RAIDERS.  REAGAN IRONS ADDED THE CAUSE WITH 17 DIGS WITH SARAH KUHNS ADDING 14 ASSISTS.  MADIE MOOK SERVED THREE ACES.  THE RAIDERS TRAVEL TO EAST LIVERPOOL TOMORROW BEFORE RETURNING HOME THURSDAY TO HOST JEFFERSON. THE JV TEAM LOST IN TWO CLOSE SETS, 21-25 AND 19-25.

  • RAIDERS REMAIN UNDEFEATED WITH 52-20 WIN OVER JEFFERSON
    South Range High School :: Boys Football

    RAIDERS STILL PERFECT AFTER FOUR GAMES!

    THE SOUTH RANGE VARSITY FOOTBALL TEAM DEFEATED JEFFERSON AREA TO REMAIN UNDEFEATED FOR THE 2020 SEASON.  MICHAEL PATRONE LED THE RAIDERS WITH A BIG NIGHT PASSING AND RUNNING THE FOOTBALL.  HIS PASSING OF 12 OF 14  ACCOUNTED FOR FIVE TOUCHDOWNS.  DYLAN DOMINGUEZ RUSHED FOR OVER 100 YARDS AND SCORES FROM 24, 14, AND 16 YARDS OUT.  COREY PENICK ALSO HAD TWO SCORES.  THE KICKING GAME STAYED PERFECT AS HARLEY NOVAK WAS SUCCESSFUL WITH ALL EXTRA POINTS AND A 26 YARD FIELD GOAL TO ROUND OUT THE SCORING.  

    THE STRUTHERS WILDCATS COME TO SOUTH RANGE NEXT FRIDAY.  THIS WILL BE THE FINAL REGULAR SEASON HOME GAME.  HOMECOMING COURT  WILL ALSO BE ANNOUNCED.  CONTACT THE ATHLETIC OFFICE FOR TICKETS.

    South Range High School :: Girls Volleyball

    RAIDERS STRONG AGAINST POLAND

    AFTER DROPPING THE FIRST SET, SOUTH RANGE WON THE NEXT THREE TO DEFEAT POLAND 3-1 RECENTLY.  THE MATCH SAW MANY LONG AND EXCITING VOLLEYS.  REAGAN IRONS TOTALED 30 DIGS WITH IZZY LAMPARTY ADDING 12 KILLS AND SEVEN BLOCKS.  JAMIE FEREN HAD 15 ASSISTS.  

    THE JV TEAM WAS DEFEATED 0-2.  EAST LIVERPOOL WILL BE AT SOUTH RANGE THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 FOR A 10:00 AM START.  

  • 7TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL UNDEFEATED
    South Range Middle School :: Girls Volleyball

    7TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL UNDEFEATED

    THE SEVENTH GRADE VOLLEYBALL TEAM IS UNDEFEATED AFTER SEVEN MATCHES INTO THE SEASON.  AGAINST NILES, TAYLOR DADO HAD EIGHT ACES WITH HELP FROM SOLENA DeJESUS, HEIDI BARTELS, AND GWEN LOWRY EACH ADDING FIVE ACES EACH.  

    CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM AND COACHES!  KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

  • RAIDERS MOVE TO 2-0 WITH WIN OVER GIRARD
    South Range High School :: Boys Football

    SOUTH RANGE STAYS PERFECT IN NE8

    THE RAIDERS MOVED TO 2-0 WITH AN IMPRESSIVE 56-28 WIN OVER GIRARD.  MICHAEL PATRONE THREW A SEVEN YARD TD TO LUKE BLASKO TO PUT SOUTH RANGE UP 28-6.  TOUCHDOWNS WERE ALSO SCORED BY DYLAN DOMINGUEZ, BILLY SKIRPAC, AND COREY PENICK.  HARLEY NOVAK WAS PERFECT IN ALL PAT ATTEMPTS.  
    THE RAIDERS HOST NILES NEXT FRIDAY.  KICK-OFF IS 7:00 PM.

    SOUTH RANGE LOSES FIRST NE8 MATCH

    HUBBARD DEFEATED THE RAIDERS 1-3 AT HUBBARD.  REAGAN IRONS HAD 22 KILLS AND 3 ACES.  JAMIE FEREN ADDED 12 ASSISTS WITH MARIA PRIMAVERA SEVEN KILLS AND ALLY SAUERWEIN HAD FOUR BLOCKS.  THE RAIDERS TRAVEL TO GIRARD  NEXT TUESDAY.  

    GOOD LUCK AGAINST THE INDIANS!!

    South Range High School :: Girls Volleyball

    RAIDERS MOVE TO 4-1

    IZZY LAMPARTY HAD 13 KILLS, REAGAN IRONS ADDED 21 DIGS AND JAMIE FEREN TALLIED THREE ACES AND 19 ASSISTS.  THE WIN KEEPS SOUTH RANGE UNDEFEATED AND IN A TIE FOR FIRST PLACE IN THE NE8.

    THE JV TEAM DROPPED A TOUGH MATCH TO START OUT THE EVENING.  THE RAIDERS RETURN TO ACTION THURSDAY AT HUBBARD.

    MACY SLABACH, STUDENT AT SOUTH RANGE HIGH SCHOOL,  IS VOLUNTEERING TO HELP THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT WITH FILING FORMS, PAPERS, AND OTHER DAY TO DAY AND GAME DAY ACTIVITIES.  MACY HAS EXPRESSED AN INTEREST IN MAJORING IN ATHLETIC ADMINISTRATION  AS A COLLEGE MAJOR.  THE ATHLETIC DIRECTORS APPRECIATE YOUR HELP, THANK YOU MACY!!!
