Welcome Mario A. Nero Jr. as the new Treasurer of South Range Local Schools
Mario A. Nero Jr. graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in December 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a field of concentration in Accounting. After graduating from college, Mario did his treasurer internship for a school treasurer’s license with Howland and Lowellville Local Schools. Mario graduated from Youngstown State University with a Masters of Business Administration in August of 2016. In September 2018, he received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Mario began his career as the Assistant Treasurer/Payroll and Benefits at Liberty Local Schools in July of 2011. He was then hired as Treasurer/CFO at Bristol Local Schools in April of 2012. He became the Treasurer/CFO at South Range Local Schools on January 1, 2022.
